Cahit Arf Information Center (CABİM) provides a wide range of services in the fields of electronic information resources, academic publishing, document delivery, bibliometric analysis, open access, national indexing systems and library services.

Education Technologies

TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Educational Technology Services (ETB) unit develops solutions in the fields of distance education, e-learning and online content management using information technologies and open source based systems.
