TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Educational Technology Services Unit (ETB) develops solutions in the fields of distance education, e-learning and online content management using information technologies and open source-based systems. Supporting digital learning processes with services such as e-learning platforms, online exam systems, education management tools, ETB aims to increase the quality of education and contribute to technological transformation. It also supports institutions to strengthen their digital infrastructure by providing consultancy services on open source software.
